I’m going to be super busy this summer, but I will try my hardest to update once in a while.
I got a gym membership, and so far, I’m paying $20 a month for a treadmill, but whatever, I’ll eventually figure out what else to do.
I’m trying to eat healthier. Like what I had today:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal (sugar added, of course, but I didn’t make it super sweet)
- chocolate chips
- water
Lunch:
- Turkey sanwhich with mustard on wheat bread.
- Strawberries.
- Cranberry juice cocktail.
Today isn’t over, but I plan on having a salad with chicken pieces (if I can get a hold of one during my work), and of course, water to drink.
I try not to drink soda, I’ve done well, except for when I’m drinking fireball; I mix that with Dr. Pepper. But, I’ve done great for no soda, hopefully, I’ll drop weight super quickly because of getting rid of that one factor.
Anyway, I’m going to go back to enjoying my strawberries and my juice.
